This panel shared the experiences of mentors and Fellows that took part in the GradFUTURES Social Impact Fellowship Program.

Through the GradFUTURES Social Impact Fellowship Program, graduate students are learning to apply their academic training to high-level projects while contributing to the social impact mission of various organizations, including non-profits such as New America, American Society on Aging, and Edge. Grad students and nonprofits are learning from each other in a partnership for the public good.

About the GradFUTURES 2022 Forum

With dozens of engaging keynote speakers, skill-building workshops, and networking sessions, the GradFUTURES Forum was free and open to all graduate students, graduate alumni, post-docs, faculty, and administrators at Princeton and beyond! The Forum highlighted the diverse career options within and beyond the academy, emphasizes inspirational stories and practical, data-driven advice, and facilitates connections and community. This multi-day professional development conference was established in 2020 and brings together graduate students, graduate alumni, thought leaders, authors, and industry experts from across the country and around the globe.
