Erin Brink is the Director of Member Engagement at Edge, where she works closely with higher education institutions and consortium partners to foster strong, collaborative relationships that deliver meaningful value to members. With more than 25 years of experience across information technology, marketing, and customer engagement, Erin brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to connecting institutional needs with practical, impactful solutions.
In her role, Erin leads engagement initiatives that support both member institutions and Edge’s network of trusted partners and vendors. She is known for building lasting relationships, facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, and ensuring institutions are connected to the right expertise, services, and resources to support teaching, learning, and operational success. Her work emphasizes trust, responsiveness, adaptive technology, and long-term partnership. Erin has been part of the Edge community for more than five years and plays a key role in strengthening the consortium ecosystem through active collaboration and shared goals. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Seton Hall University and is passionate about helping institutions continuously redefine their competitive edge through innovation and partnership.
