AI communications are becoming a “go to” across college campuses (physical and virtual). This is driven both by preference (how students prefer to communicate and get help) and necessity (the practicality of 9-5, in-person support).

IT leaders are playing a critical role in incorporating AI communications as part of an institution-wide “engagement ecosystem” for students and staff that is available 24/7 on any device and integrated with other key platforms (e.g. CRM, SIS).

Join us as we take an “on the ground” perspective with Rob Stirton from County College of Morris sharing their experience prioritizing and implementing an AI communications strategy that aligns with IT priorities like scalability across campus, unifying the student experience, making the most of the existing tech stack and maximizing security.

The webinar will also incorporate highlights from Ocelot’s 2021 AI Communications Benchmark Study which analyzed 9.7 million AI student interactions between January 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. We’ll unpack the trends, topics and drivers of why AI communications is currently growing 3x.
