What are your personal and professional goals? Would you like to use your mind and talents more fully? Have more purpose and direction? Make better decisions? Have greater confidence?

As faculty your goal may only focus on tenure. As an administrator you may be too busy to think about future ambitions and just concentrate on the status quo.

Then this session is for all who are in involved in Hi Ed. This workshop will introduce you to the idea of conducting a personal SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity and Threats) analysis to help you better achieve your personal and professional goals. You will walk away with ideas and techniques that will help you move your life in the direction you want it to go.
