Bruce Tyrrell’s role is to help NJEDge.Net members maximize the benefits by taking advantage of all the capabilities, solutions and cost savings offered to them through their membership. He works with our ever-growing internal resources and vendors to develop and enhance solutions to meet the needs of our members and realize the strategic goals of the consortium.

Bruce has 24 years experience in telecommunications operations and service delivery, IT solution development, project and service management. He has worked with NJEDge since the earliest iteration of the network and has significant experience with Higher Education, State Government, K-12, local and county government IT environments and processes.

Bruce holds an ITIL V3 certification. ITIL is the most widely adopted approach for IT service management in the world, providing a practical, no-nonsense framework for identifying, planning and supporting IT services.
