NJEDge.Net has extended its voice service agreement with Broadview Networks, a leading provider of network-based IP voice and data communications services for an additional two years.
The agreement calls for Broadview Networks to continue providing voice services as a preferred vendor to New Jersey-based educational institutions, including public research institutes, schools, universities and municipalities that participate in the NJEDge.Net Affiliates Program for cooperative purchasing. The service includes Local Trunks, PRI Services, Local, Long-Distance and International Usage Plans.
“We have developed successful working relationships with 18 members of NJEDge.Net consortium. Based on Broadview Networks’ solid performance over the past three years, NJEDge.Net has decided to exercise its option to extend our contract for an additional two years on the original five-year contract,” said Pete Parrinello, senior vice president at Broadview.
“Broadview Networks has consistently provided the college and university members of NJEDge.Net with highly reliable, innovative, and customized voice and managed services at competitive prices. We are pleased to extend our contract, given Broadview’s consistent quality of service and high degree of responsiveness to our members’ needs and requirements,” said George Laskaris, president and CEO of NJEDge.Net.
